Add ongoing personalised support for your CollecTin. Support is by phone and email, so you can maximise donations.
The fee is charged each year, at the start of the year. As personalised support is included with your unit purchase in the first year, it is only charged from year 2.
The cost includes support for upto 5 CollecTin's. Please note this does not extend the 12 month warranty, included with your CollecTin More.
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.
- CollecTin More and accessories are typically dispatched within five days.
- Branded products (CollecTin Solo and Original) are dispatched within a week of artwork approval.
- Custom top circles usually take two to three weeks from design sign-off
