This cover includes:

• Phone helpline, open during office hours
  
• Email support
  
• Replacement or repair, if unit cannot be fixed remotely
• Shipping for both replacement and collection of broken unit
• Hardware issues including the batteries, screen, case, cables, plug and card reader

This cover does not include:

• Theft or loss
• Malicious damage or unreasonable care
• Loss of donations if a unit is out of action
• Accidental damage from dropping or knocking over the unit or misunderstanding correct use

Extended hardware warranty is only available for units that are less than two years old.
