This cover includes:

• Phone helpline, open during office hours
  
• Email support

Not included:

• Replacement or repair, if unit cannot be fixed remotely
• Shipping of replacement or collection of broken unit
• Cost of fixing hardware issues including the batteries, screen, case, cables, plug and card reader
• Theft or loss
• Malicious damage or unreasonable care
• Loss of donations if a unit is out of action
• Accidental damage from dropping or knocking over the unit or misunderstanding correct use
