The CollecTin More is designed to be upgradable over time, so it keeps its value for years. A Tablet and Reader upgrade will replace all electronic components to match our latest models and save £100+ compared to buying a brand-new unit.

The Latest Model A15 Tablet

The newly released A15 CollecTin tablet is powered by a newer, more capable processor. This delivers smoother performance, faster response times and improved multitasking - helping ensure a consistently reliable donor experience, even in busy environments.

Admin settings are locked by default. By popular demand, the new A15 tablet keeps this lock while allowing access via easy PIN entry, preventing donors from exiting the donation screen or accessing administrative controls. This new feature replaces the Fully Single App Kiosk on previous models, and is unlocked by a button press that leads you to enter the pin (the fast 7 taps are no longer needed!).

Do you want a new card reader as well?

SumUp no longer make or sell the Air card readers, so it might be a good idea to future proof your CollecTin, by replacing the card reader, at the same time as your screen. As if the Air reader fails, it cannot be replaced. The new SumUp Solo Lite card reader is faster to take donations, has a more robust bluetooth connection and enables you to take some donations when you don't have Wifi or mobile connection.

Our tablets are specifically customised by us to be used in the CollecTin More for software used within this system. These tablets are not suitable for other uses.

Please make sure to use the new mains cable and plug supplied with this tablet (older versions are no longer compatible).

DO NOT charge the A15 tablet in your CollecTin More via a battery in the handle like older models. Please use the static cable provided for everyday use. When using booster batteries, charge these outside of the unit, inserting fully charged when required.

HMRC approves our complete units as zero-rated for VAT only when they are purchased by registered charities AND exclusively used for collecting donations. Upgrades are not complete units, and therefore have UK VAT applied for UK customers. Customers outside of the UK will be charged VAT and customs duties at your local rate.

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.

CollecTin More and accessories are typically dispatched within five days.
Branded products (CollecTin Solo and Original) are dispatched within a week of artwork approval.
Custom top circles usually take two to three weeks from design sign-off
