Annual CollecTin Support Subscription
Add ongoing personalised support for your CollecTin. Support is by phone, zoom and email, so you can maximise donations.
The fee is charged each year, at the start of the new support year and on the calendar day of your first purchase.
The cost includes up to 2 hours personalised support over 12 months. One subscription covers upto 5 CollecTin's. Please note this does not extend the 12 month warranty, included with your CollecTin.
You can cancel the subscription before it is up for renewal.
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.
- CollecTin More and accessories are typically dispatched within five days.
- Branded products (CollecTin Solo and Original) are dispatched within a week of artwork approval.
- Custom top circles usually take two to three weeks from design sign-off
