- Shipping of replacement or collection of broken unit
- Cost of fixing hardware issues including the batteries, screen, case, cables, plug and card reader
- Theft or loss
- Malicious damage or unreasonable care
- Loss of donations if a unit is out of action
- Accidental damage from dropping or knocking over the unit or misunderstanding correct use
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.
- CollecTin More and accessories are typically dispatched within five days.
- Branded products (CollecTin Solo and Original) are dispatched within a week of artwork approval.
