This cover includes:

Phone helpline, open during office hours

- Replacement or repair, if unit cannot be fixed remotely
- Shipping for both replacement and collection of broken unit
- Hardware issues including the batteries, screen, case, cables, plug and card reader
This cover does not include:
- Theft or loss
- Malicious damage or unreasonable care
- Loss of donations if a unit is out of action
- Accidental damage from dropping or knocking over the unit or misunderstanding correct use
Extended hardware warranty is only available for units that are less than two years old.
